Privacy Policy for Supreme MPA

This Privacy Policy describes how Supreme MPA and Supreme MPA Lite (together, "the App"), developed by Boombappz ("we," "us," or "our"), handle information when you use the App.

Summary

Supreme MPA is a drum machine / beat-making app that runs entirely on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or share your personal information, your audio samples, or the beats you create.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Your name, email address, or any account/profile information (the App has no login or account system)
• The audio samples, beats, or songs you create or import
• Your location
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files beyond the audio samples you explicitly import into the App

Information the App Does Use

• Local storage: Your samples, projects, and settings are stored only in the App's private storage on your own device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not uploaded anywhere by the App.
• Microphone access: If you use the App's sample recording or screen-recording features, the App accesses your device's microphone or system audio only while you are actively recording. This audio is saved locally as a sample or recording file on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• App licensing check: The App uses Google Play's Integrity API to verify that your copy was legitimately obtained from Google Play. This sends a Google-signed integrity token (no personal information) to our backend, which simply returns a yes/no verification result. This check never blocks app functionality and is used solely for anti-piracy purposes.

Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions, used only for their stated purpose:

• Microphone — to record audio samples or capture audio during screen recording
• Storage — to save and load your projects, samples, and exported songs

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play's Integrity API as described above. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps or websites.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
